This time its a whole new venture for me.
I brought along some of my Sassy chics, they went from living in a den growling and pouncing
to Designing with my rubber stamps!!!

My name is Elsa, I live in Florida, have two daughters, Krystal and Brandi and a step son Bryan, 3 grandkids, but I spend every waking moment with Brandon, my 3 yr old grandson (krystals lil boy). An awesome husband who supports all my crazy creative mood swings! --2 dogs, Osa my chow chow, Gabbie the lil'black lab, and a beautiful Siamese looking cat, who refuses to live indoors "Aries"! Chocolate is a total MUST have, Krystal is my Bestestest friend EVER and I am an insomniac... lol There is nothing I like best than to be buried in pretty paper, glitter and glue! I love being able to share my designs with as many people as possible. I feel that if I set my designs free and you all recreate them, my creations come to life. I've made friends all around the globe, from Spain to Australia to Germany and as close yet so far as across the country in California!! Who knew? and all from the comfort of my lil'scrappy room! I enjoy every day I spend creating, but ladies, what I really love are comments!! so ... what you think of our Den?

Hi everyone :) I'm Krystal, daughter to Elsa... mother to my beautiful son Brandon and wife to my high school sweetheart ... I am a lover of the night and cold, rainy days....I'm addicted to coffee :) I Looove to go out dancing and a hobby of mine, outside of scrapping, is knife throwing...I love making mini albums, cards and my recent obsession, crocheting. I have jumped right into the crafty world and am very glad I did so because it's fun making things pretty lol !! I'm proud of our Pride, for it includes such sweet and talented ladies! Aloha everyone! My name is Linda and I live in Hawaii with my very supportive hubby of 28 years, our almost 21-year old son, and our fur baby Maui (he's a rescue cat from the shelter my son volunteers at). I work full time in the legal field and craft to relieve my stress! I don't have one particular style of crafting, so that means I try to dabble in a little bit of everything. My main craft though, is paper crafting. I've tried beading, crocheting (still a work-in-progress), working with clay, and doing deco den, but I always come back to paper crafting. I met Elsa through a Ustream class and we've been buddies ever since. I'm so blessed and honored to be a part of this Den with so many talented and gracious ladies! Love you guys!

I am a 50yo mother of 3; Cassie 28, Amanda 25 and Alex 12. I am step-mother to 4: Jamie 27, Justin 26, Callie 23 and Matthew 18. My husband, Mikel, is...I guess my enabler...since he lets me do pretty much what I want when it comes to crafting. We have been married for almost 15 years and together for almost 18! He is truly the love of my life. After working in Medical/administrative field for 17 years I went back to school to become a Cosmetologist and I love it! I have two sisters that introduced me to scrapbooking about 8 years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I love to scrapbook, crochet and alter just about any type of art! Recently I have been doing local craft shows and exhibits and have thoroughly enjoyed myself! I "met" Elsa and Krystal sometime in the Summer of 2010, Kimi during a ustream Christmas Crop in Dec 2010 and Linda during our Christmas "Tis the Season" blog hop! It has been so fun and rewarding!

I am an operating room nurse, and have been so for 23 years. My birthday is November 15th, so that makes me a Scorpio. I am married to an awesome man who totally understands my need to create. He is also an OR nurse. Together, we have 3 children. The two oldest are married to awesome people. We have one grandson, who is 3. Our youngest is out on his own, living with a super sweet girl. So we are empty nesting. After I got over the initial shock of having no kids in the house, I turned his room into my very own craft room! It's nice to finally have my own space to do my crafts. I like the colors blue and green, and the red/black combo. My usual attire is blue jeans and sneakers. I love rock and roll music, and my fav bands are Rush and Meatloaf. My hubbin is in a band, plays classic rock. We have a Harley we enjoy riding!I have been crafting in some form or another since before I can remember learning. My mom was a huge influence on that! I love to cook, sew, knit, crochet, and, of course, paper craft. I can't draw, however. So sketching, drawing, painting are out! Stamping for me is very basic, I am not too good at it. But, I keep trying every once in a while. I love the grungy, vintage look, Tim Holtz stuff and 7 Gypsies. I like G45 as well. I love love love to make mini albums and "things". I do quite a bit of "recycle craft" ...try to reuse/repurpose thing to make beautiful stuff. I started a blog a couple of years ago, www.creativeoperation.blogspot.com/, with my BFF Jackie. That is how Elsa and I "met". I am super excited to be here, and appreciate the invite! I am new to Facebook (joined because of the PRIDE) so bear with me as I learn! I am looking forward to making new friends and having crafty fun!

Hi, my name is Sherence and I live in sunny (more like steaming hot) Las Vegas with my wonderful hubby of 14 years and my darling 4 year old son. I have been crafting for almost two years and absolutely love it. I especially enjoy 12x12 layouts, mini albums, and altering old objects. With the encouragement of my sister and the support of many talented ladies on Youtube, I decided to create layouts of my son rather than toss his photos into a bland photo album. The first person I encountered on youtube was Elsa. I created her famous “Love Wrap Around Mini” and tons of other projects she created. She made everything look so easy and fun. Later I began to follow her on Ustream and have been crafting ever since. Paper crafting helped me to realize that I am in fact artsy, creative, and crafty. I had no idea I had it in me. I am so happy to join the JustaFewFriends family. I shall roar with pride. Get ready ladies and gentleman (RJ) the Den is about to get a bit noisy.

Hi, my name is Yvette, I live in Virginia and thou I was born and raise in the Bronx in NY, this is home now. I work full time as a Dental Asst. and still love my job after 30 years. I'm married to an amazing man who has proven that the 2nd time around is worth the wait. I have two beautiful daughters and two amazing grand daughters. Both grand babies are from my oldest daughter, who is married to a wonderful man whom I love like a son. And because of that I see them a lot, including my 2 days off during the week. My grand daughters are 4 years old and 23 months old. I started scrap-booking in 1999. Once I started I could not stop. I don't have a favorite. I just dig in and create anything that comes at the moment. I pretty much go with the flow. Just like my personality. LOL That's why I love challenges. A few years ago my youngest sister Yvonne "ScrapBliss" and I discovered You Tube and then blogs. We went crazy with new ideas, and eventually started our own YT and blogs. I love going in my scrap room and creating. I've been following Elsa now for a couple of years and I think she is amazing. My first easel card was at one of her UStream classes. :-) I am honor that she has invited me to be part of her Pride and hope I can inspire you the way you all inspire me.-
